I was unable to access cpanel last night because of a warning about disk space on /home/bpmevent ... I only had 156MB of data on the site and needed to upload an image.
I removed a 16mb audio file via filezilla ftp and today I have access again... Can someone confirm why this is happening because I have more files to upload to the site this week and I will need that audio file back on there eventually.
I also keep having issues with cpanel - it reported successfully saving file edits from code editor, but in reality it had saved a blank file in place of the file I was editing... luckily I had backed up the old version before I edited it, otherwise I would have had to rewrite the page. This happened before I got the warning about I am wondering if this had something to do with the disk space issue...
I understand that the disk space could be affected by other people hosted on the same server, if this is the case and this has now been resolved that is fine, but I could do with some reassurance as we have a big event in the next few weeks and can't afford to have this sort of issue.
