DNS? Account? Domain?

I created a new account, FTPed only one file (advforecast2.php which is the weather in my area).

I was able to access http://dreamtech.x10hosting.com/advforecast2.php for two days and suddenly the DNS server doesn't point to it.

FTP works fine, the panel doesn't indicate a problem.

What is wrong with this site. Do I need to look for another hosting place?

I really doubt that X10 would actually urge you to look for another hosting place. However, I know the problem. You are on the Cossacks server. For the last couple of days, Cossacks has been having horrible problems that the staff is working to fix. The problems should all be over soon. However, if you really feel the need to look for another host, please ask that your account be terminated first ^_^

Dear deathpie,

You have to understand: I'm less than a week with you and already encounter the major problem: no access.
Right now I get a SSL Explorer message with a user ID and password login..... very weird.

Well, I'm going to be patient and wait until the issue is being resolved.


I have a other questions?

At this point, until I develop my web site, I just would like to post a few PHP pages that display weather in various location I travel to so I don't expect any technical difficulties. If all working fine, will I have to login to the the forums every two weeks?
I'll probably forget to do it.

Yes, you need to login atleast once every 2 weeks. Otherwise, you'll be suspended for inactivity.
