Why don't you do this from within CPanel?
Code:
1) Redirect using Cpanel->Domains->Redirects (going to [url]http://contourline.x10.mx[/url] will redirect to [url]http://www.contourline.lk[/url])
  a) type: permanent (or temporary if you might change your mind later)
  b) select [url]http://contourline.x10.mx[/url] from the drop down
  c) redirects to: [url]http://www.contourline.lk[/url]
2) Create a CNAME DNS record using CPanel->Domains->Advanced DNS Zone Editor ([url]http://contourline.x10.mx[/url] appears to be the same website as [url]http://www.contourline.lk[/url])
  a) name: [url]http://contourline.x10.mx[/url]. (period at the end should be there)
  b) ttl: 14400
  c) type: CNAME
  d) address: [url]http://www.contourline.lk[/url]
3) Just host [url]http://www.contourline.lk[/url] here! ([url]http://www.contourline.lk[/url] will appear to be the same website as [url]http://contourline.x10.mx[/url]. you can also use 1) to make it redirect)
  a) go to the registrar where you bought the domain. set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
  b) add the domain in CPanel->Domains->Addon Domains
  c) New domain name: [url]http://www.contourline.lk[/url]
  d) subdomain/ftp user: (use whatever you want)
  e) Document root: public_html
  f) pasword (use whatever you want)

That person would do #1 or #2. If the person isn't using CPanel, tell them to create a .htaccess file in the document root (public_html usually) with a rewrite rule such as this:

Code:
RewriteEngine
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://contourline.x10.mx/$1 [R=301,L]
