Account Activation problem - DNS Entry error
Dear Sir/Madam,
I signed up for an ad free account for a domain name 'download.x10hosting.com' . A confirmation mail arrived, in which i clicked the link and a new web page opened in which it was written that i will recieve an activation email, but i didn't. So after 3-4 days, i tried signing up again. But now i recieve following mail message every time whenever i try to signup. Though, if you will check availability for the above domain name, the website will show the domain as available.

Whm error: sorry, a dns entry for download.x10hosting.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) (code create_1)
The error that occurred can most likely be resolved by signing up again for a hosting account here: http://x10hosting.com/hosting/signup
