DNS Error

Hello

i want to park/host a domain under x10hosting. but as i changed the dns server names at my
provider to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com the following error occured:

The SOA answer is not authoritative

what else could i do except jumping from a bridge?

i heard they moved ns1.x10hosting.com server. probably this has something to do with this error. in detail:

Test: The SOA answer is not authoritative
==> ns1.x10hosting.com./74.86.117.243

x10hosting nameservers are:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

I'm not sure about the error you're getting, can you contact your domain registrar asking about it?
I'll move this to "Level Two Support"

You need to add the domain to your account before the name servers will respond for it.
