Greetings.
Following up on the following post:
http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/124059-suspension-due-server-transfer.html
I have read this post...
http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-h...ount-suspended-user-moved-another-server.html
...and have checked the status on http://status.x10hosting.com/, which suggests the core of your work is done and I should be able to access my sites. However, I'm still suspended. My domains are still pointing to cossaks and I get the following text:
Account Moved
This Site Has Been Moved to a New Server.
It may be possible to restore access to this site by following these instructions for clearing your dns cache.
Clearing my cache has not improved the situation. Is there some DNS-related setting I need to change on cPanel, or is there another step that needs to happen on your end?
Thanks in advance.
