DNS Issues Pt. 2

This is a repeat of the problem I had a few months back when the last upgrade occurred whereby the DNS records for one of my addon domains were lost: the support ticket was BPI-156956 and the threads were at http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/118353-dns-issues.html and http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/116552-dns-migration-problem.html.
Basically, what is said in that ticket is exactly what applies here now, so I require the same thing to be done that was done the last time I had this problem and I can imagine this'll become a recurring problem with every server transfer.

Do you want the DNS updated on your addon and parked domains?

I guess so, basically the addon domain flight-plan-database.tk has disappeared completely from the addon domain page in cPanel but shows up in the drop down for the file manager, so it is sort of half there and half not. If you look at the ticket from last time, you will be able to see how it was setup.
