You can view your site without having to wait for your ISP DNS servers to Propagate by going to
windows\system32\drivers\etc\
open the hosts file with notepad, it shoud look something like this

now goto a new line enter the ip address(70.86.136.178 for x10) put a space and enter your domain

you might want to also add an other line and add your domain without the www
