DNS Servers?

Error on x10hosting.com/accounts page. Can't change domain name.

I am using a TLD, and need to know what DNS servers do I point my domain to, for the x10hosting servers. Could somone please help me out.

I just read this in the thread next to mine - is this information correct? Are your DNS server names -

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

??



Also, I have another issue.
When I log into the page x10hosting.com/accounts, and I try to change my domain name from the x10hosting.com subdomain provided to me to my own TLD, nothing happens when I click on the link below, even after being patient.

I am using IE7, and the it shows the yellow exclamation 'error' in the status bar.

My forum user id is - parkourmumbai
and my hosting account user id is - pkmum

Is this error related to the server maintenance that is currently going on?

Those name servers are correct.

We disabled user changes currently until we have time to recode that section of the site... it was being abused.

If you need a change just make a thread in the upgrades section and a staff member will take care of it for you.

I have a suggestion.

It seems previously, you used to state your DNS server names in the registration confirmation emails you sent to new members, atleast, that was what the other member said in his post where I got the DNS names.
But I didn't recieve any such information in any of the communication I recieved from X10, so it could be that you have discontinued the practice.

Before posting here, I also searched your site, and the faq section extensively for any information, but didn't get the desired info.

Could you please put your DNS Server names in the FAQ section of the site, so that all new members can get it at one place, and don't have to ask the same thing over and over again here?

I thought we added them back in to the welcome Email a week or so ago. I'll double check them, maybe it's only going out on ad-enhanced hosting.
