What are the DNS servers?
I changed them about 3 days ago to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com and the site still doesn't work.

Your domain wasn't set-up correct in WHM. I've fixed this issue and your domain is working now.
You may need to clear your cache and temp files, and make a flush of your DNS.
