hi, id like to get a non-x10 domain name but i couldnt find IP of my server everywhere, i found only shared IP. and if i try to change domain name in "modify service" it gives me some kind of system error while processing my request..

Your server lotus is not fully transferred to the new DC. Please see this thread http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/115601-updates-upgrades-etc.html and wait for the migration to be done.

About Domain:

You should point your domain to x10hosting name servers.

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Also you can get there IPs by pinging them.

We expect to have the migrations and the additional work to bring the servers back to being stable by the end of this week.

Yes you need to put x10 Name servers on domain registrar and change your domain to this one. and you are done.
