Dear sir,

I am kind of new here. I have added my domain but couldn't finds DNSs of this webhosts. can you pls tell me what are DNS which are to be added in domain setup.

also i m not able to login thru my ftp..
can anyone plz help me.

Change your site from www.climbing4kids.info to climbing4kids.info without the www.

thanks for the reply, but now i m not even able to login in cpanel? its showing login incorrect and also i have created ftp user acc. yesterday but there also i m not able to login.

thanks for the guidance sir, I have changed as you suggested though my site isn't opening and still the host server of last DNS is opening. can u tell how much time does it takes to completely resolved.

It can 24-72 hours

Also upgrade your PHP to v2(Intermediate).

its weird, i try to query climbing4kids.info but only got the NS records. :dunno:

As Corey said, it can sometimes take less than 24hours but the highest amount of time you should wait before asking for support from your domain registrar is 72hours.

Who did you register the domain with?

Why don't you just ask for your x10hosting account domain to climbing4kids.info instead of a sub-domain , it's allot easier that way

OH no, I am still not able to install phpld v2.1.2
please help me........
when the step two comes, nothing is being shown.
I think it requires v3 of php.

You might have to ask the script creator what function it is trying to use. They have suppressed the error output resulting in a blank page so we're unable to troubleshoot the error.

thanks alot, I had to delete the whole step2 for that but finally its done. actually it requires V3 i think.
