Dns ???

I have one domain registered.. can i point it to my site here... ? if yes, what DNS should i put there ?

Yes, of course you can, You will need to set the name servers at your registrar: ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

After you change the name servers, It will take about 24-72 hours to update.

You will want to add the domain as a addon domain in CPanel...

Remember to set the document rooot...
