DO i need a certain amount of posts to obtain credits?

I've been searching through the stickies, and everything related to credits i dont have permission to view, so do i need a certain amount of posts or something?

Yes, You must have 5 posts before you can use credits...

your posts are 6 now... so wait for some time and credits will active for you
