Do I need a password reset?

I already posted this in the other thread about site + cPanel + FTP not working.


Here's my info:

Domain: webservices.x10hosting.com
UserName: webserxn
IP: 70.86.136.178 (hostname ping)


As of this time, main domain is not loading and I cannot logon to FTP or cPanel (login attempt failed even if I am sure 100% that I input the right password).

Not sure if my cPanel and FTP password needed to be reset or not, if the password file was indeed corrupted for my username/server, please reset my passwords and send them to me.

I got my Cpanel password reset, my ftp doesn't work and from the looks of it, my site isn't working either. I'm getting really mad about all of this. I hope it doesn't last much longer.

My site is not working either! I tried to log in through c panal, but it said " login failed"
I can't login through ftp either ! I know my password is right! Please help!
