Do I still need to post in the forums to avoid suspension?

I used x10hosting years ago and this procedure was needed in order to prevent account suspension. Do we still need to do it? Thanks in advance.

FTP'ing -:- and cPanel direct logins -:- and logging into the forums -:- and logging into your own website - do not count
all you need to do - and the only way for it to count towards the requirement of x10hosting's Terms of Service (TOS) - is log-in to your account - with no than 30 days after your last log-in at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ]
