MY SETUP FILE WAS RECENTLY DELETED BY THIS GROUP OF AGENTS FOR NO PARTICULAR REASON. I WAS NOT ISSUED A WARNING, NOR WAS I NOTIFIED BY ANY OF THE STAFF MEMBERS. THEREFORE THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO DELETE MY FILES.

if they were larger than 10 MiB - then read the TOS

I WAS NOT ISSUED A WARNING

you will not receive one

NOR WAS I NOTIFIED BY ANY OF THE STAFF MEMBERS

they had nothing to do with it - it is a scrip on the x10hosting's free-servers that deletes files larger than 10 MiB

THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO DELETE MY FILES

they have full rights to do that - #1 it is their servers - #2 they tell you those files will be deleted in the TOS

x10hosting now deletes files 10 MiB (or larger) in size - that have been on the server (in any folder) for more than about 4 hours - from non-upgraded free-hosting accounts only

the 4 hours time limit allows users to upload and extract site backups - and is not for short term file hosting...

you can store files that are 10 MiB or larger - at a file-hosting service (which x10hosting free-hosting is not) then link to them from your Web page
