I thought i would help out x10 hosting by help some people install the ads, ad well as install and setting up forums, oscommerce and web sites.
I will make it in more detail for the future.

open and edit using php editor
(remember to backup file)
You insert the ad code under the <head>
E.g.
<head>
PhpBB
