Doesn't log in, doesn't activate, doesn't send support ticket...what did i do wrong?

Hello every one...i am having a small problem...
I've created a free account. i've placed the domain name etc etc and an activation e-mail was sent to me and the e-mail with my data

• Forum Username: oghe8287
• Forum Password: Same as your x10Hosting account
• x10Hosting Forums: http://x10hosting.com/forums
• Account Panel: https://x10hosting.com/control

so i activate the account and i press to go to the account panel (https://x10hosting.com/control)

i press my e-mail and my password and i get this:

as a responce...

I refresh i try...nothing...the only wait to see something is to press again on the activation link. when i do this i get an errored page which is not a cpanel. i press on the hosting link on the top and i get this:

Pending Hosting Account Signup

information Your hosting account signup is currently awaiting processing or executing within our system queue. Its status is displayed above and will be updated upon clicking the submit below.

it has been hours but nothing has happened....
So i press on the support to file a support ticket...but it tells me:

Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (). Please visit our forums and read the news.


Ok....either i am the most unlucky person on the earth, or something is wrong here!!! Can please someone help me?

The processing of new accounts has been suspended. You should not sign up again! Your account is in the queue (if you have confirmed the email) and will be created once processing is restarted. You should receive an email once your account is created. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
