doesn't recognize my user name

When I try to get into my cpanel, I am prompted to link my user name to my forum account, but when I enter my user name (that I've been using for months,) the prompt says "no such user".

help, please

To link your accounts you need to login to http://x10hosting.com/login using your forum details and then enter your cpanel details.
