Domain addon Error

I am trying to add the domain "archwaydesigning.com" at account archway. When i am adding it as a parked domain it gets added and point to the root

but when i was trying to add it as addon domain it shows an error
"Unable to create addon domain. Please verify that it has been set to the proper DNS name servers"
what to do help me.

Hi, they are pointing to the correct nameservers and your site works for me with the domain: http://archwaydesigning.com/ . I get a "webpage under construction come back soon" page, so have this issue been fixed. Check to see if it has been added even though you got the error.

you are right that they point to correct nameservers but the problem is while i was trying to add the domain as a addondomain i got the error. At present i have added domain as parked domain and points to root directory(so I placed files in root directory) but i want to add it as a addon domain so what should i do plz tell me.

Hey there remove it from your parked domains and readd it under Add On Domans
