Domain change and remote server not being found?

Hi there, I'm new to all this and seem to be having a few little problems. I'd like to change my main domain to robinrainbowdesigns.co.uk from robinrainbow.x10hosting.com but the feature is disabled?

Also, I've added my domain as an Addon Domain but when trying to see my site all I get is a 'Could not locate remote server' message, I'm pretty sure all the DNS settings are configured correctly though (the Network Tools domain lookup says it's all set up) they point to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated, many thanks.

Remove it from your add-on or parked domains and post in the upgrades section that you want to switch it to your main domain. A staff member can do this for you.
