Domain change not working!

I decided to change the name of my domain and it hasn't created it yet. I have waited an hour and still my new domain name has not been made.

Should I wait more or is there something that may have gone wrong?

Do you own the domain? If so, You need to change the name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. If you do not own this domain, you need to purchase it from a domain registrar.
