Domain Change, Please.

Hi,

I think i am also having this issue.
When I try to change my domain name in modify your account details, i get the following error

An Error Has Occurred

Whoops, it appears that there was an error modifying your domain. The errors are listed below.​

• Domain changes are currently disabled, please try again later.

You may attempt to correct any errors that occurred after continuing.​

Continue​

I am trying to change my doman from onsitehelper.x10hosting.com.
to onsitehelper.com

Please assist.

First, I moved your post into its own thread. Please don't hijack other people's requests.
It takes just as much effort to create your own thread.
That way, we know who we have helped and who still needs help.

Domains are currently disabled and staff need to change it for you. ... Which I would be happy to do.

It has been changed. Please remember that your sub-domain will not work anymore. It may also take up to 48 hrs ( depending on the DNS servers ) to update and point the domain correctly.

If after 48 hrs, you have issues, please reopen this thread. One of the fine staff ( or members ) will do their best to assist you.
