Domain Change

I can't seam to change to domain from messorclan.x10hosting.com to nswafclan.x10hosting.com. When I try, it says:
Action status: Error
Information: A change to your hosting account's primary domain.
Result: A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: AE3E7FCC

Primary domain changes will be re-enabled in a few days. Currently it is off.
