My problem has been resolved! I still dont know what happened but It worked That is enough for me by now.

My questions now is:
- how can map my own domain: tenkana.vn to my site at tenkana.x10.mx ?
For the reason that I want to see something like
http://tenkana.vnx/qa/index.php rather than http://tenkana.x10.mx/qa/index.php
- what procedure should i do to upgrade my account to premium?

First you should park your domain name tenkana.vn though cpanel.Then point it to our Nameservers
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com (This can be done using the account that domain name provider gave you )

Now to buy premium account just go to http://x10premium.com
