domain/cpanel not working

i have browsed around the forums here trying to find resolution and it looks like everyones having the same issue, my account was created and confirmed..i can log into my account settings but when i click my domain or try to access my cpanel i just get a "could not load" error, very similar to when something goes offline.

cpanel:

http://neama.exofire.net:2082/

Please forward the Account Details Email to my Private messages. This is the email with all the account details. I will create this account again.
