My domain data is lost automatically and another folder named 'cgi-bin' has been placed there???

I have the same issue here on lotus 
FTPing into the server gives me an empty account, and using cpanel gives me the welcome to cpanel tutorial message as if my account has been wiped.
As far as i know, i am not on cossacks and the account panel says I am on lotus.

You haven't lost any files. I've seen a couple people on lotus with this problem, I am reporting it to staff right now
