"Domain document root not found" with noip

I have 3 free domains from no-ip:

quantumquantonium.ddns.net
quantonium.ddns.net
andyherbert254.ddns.net

They all redirect to quantonium.x10.mx. One is pointing to www.quantonium.x10.mx, one is pointing to quantonium.x10.mx, and one is pointing to the IP of quantonium.x10.mx.

However, they all come up with the error "document root not found." (Going to quantonium.x10.mx works properly) I could not set custom name servers because I am using a free account, and I just set up an account on x10hosting today. What should I do so the website works?

I'm going out on a limb here but I don't think those domains are added to your account. You may have to wait on admin to do that. No guarantees.
