Domain Does Not Exist

Hello, I have a free hosting account that I've had for a while. Recently it was suspended due to inactivity. This has happened before and I've simply logged in and fixed it.

This time however, after trying to fix it, and visiting my domain osg.x10host.com it keeps telling me the domain does not exist but is available to be claimed.

When I attempt to claim it...it says the domain is already taken.

Also...in my account settings it shows osg.x10host.com as being my domain.

I am confused and would like to get this resolved.

nvmd I fixed it...to anyone having this issue this is what my fix was...the issue wasn't with x10host or my domain...it was with google chrome on windows 10...i was able to access my site with opera, firefox and edge...following this link fixed the issue... https://www.thewindowsclub.com/chrome-only-works-in-incognito-mode be sure to back up your bookmarks etc before following this because it completely resets chrome everything working like a charm now
