Domain Does Not Exist

Hi there,

My account was suspended so I signed up for a new one, then I registered the same subdomain i had previously, which was marked as "available", after the account suspension.

This subdomain was correctly associated to my new account, then I installed the Wordpress script with Softaculous, but the problem is that every time i try to access it, it keeps showing the notice that says "Domain Does Not Exist. The web hosting account you're trying to reach no longer exists". I even tried to register it again following the steps in that page ("Claim this domain" button), but then it says "Sorry, that domain is not available."

I cleared my browser cache, and waited for a few days to see if it was a matter of time to get the changes active, but with no result at all.

So, could you check what's going on with the subdomain for me, please?

Just a suggestion,
but you need to resolve the suspension with x10 hosting first.

or you can try waiting until it is removed/purged from the x10 servers.
i don't think you can re-use the same name until then

@spacresx the suspension was solved in first place, as I stated in my post. Anyway, the subdomain is now running correctly, so I guess it was a servers issue. Thanks for helping.
