domain does not work with www at beginning

have moved domain to x10hosting which was a www address (www.llansihenhighschool.co.uk). since moving, the site works without the www, but goes to the x10hosting domain does not exist page if written with www.

this is quite a problem as other sites including google point towards the www version.

how can we enable both addresses to work?

It seems to load fine for me with or without www.
Please clear your browser cache and flush your DNS, then try again.

you're correct. it is working now. perhaps there was some delay for the domain change to fully work. weird. thanks again.
