I have an issue that I can't figure out how to solve, it may need to be on the x10 side. When I login, it says, "Could not find any domains associated with this service." When I go to Hosting Control Panel, it says that my domain is susannah.x10host.com. Domain Setup says that I don't have a domain and need to start by creating one, but when I type anything in, it says, "Invalid domain," and at the bottom, it says, "No Domains There is no default domain; you should start with creating one."
Meanwhile, my website is down (I'm sure that it's because of this domain problem). It's been this way for over a month. I had trouble logging in in January and my account got terminated because I forgot to retry in a few days. I greatly appreciate that my account was restored from a backup, thank you very much for that! However, I haven't been able to resolve this issue, so my guess is that something is configured incorrectly because of the site being down and then being restored? Or I need to change a setting or move something to a different folder?
Things have been very difficult lately and so it's taken me over a month to reach out for help with this issue. It's not urgent, but it would be great if someone could either resolve it on the server side, or else tell me how to fix the problem on my side. I imagine that I might also have to get a new security certificate, since my site was down while my account was terminated, and, I may have to re-assign my URL to my website, but first thing's first, my website files are there but this domain issue is preventing anyone from being able to see them online, instead they just see a screen that says, "Apache is functioning normally," in the upper left corner.
Thanks so much for your help!
