Domain Error

hello, i'm trying to add my domain on main account hosting (after i replaced it from mistake) and it's says "The domain you have supplied is already in use."
my domain is: good-tricks.info.. please help me unlock this bug

I'm still waiting a solution, I'm forced to use another host

The system shows you have a subdomain stats.good-tricks.info .
Try going to your cPanel and removing the subdomain ..wait awhile (maybe an hour) for the system to process your request... and then try putting your domain on as parked/add-on

already did that 2 days ago
No Subdomains are configured

my domain is already configured to account as a main domain.. but overwrited by that free domain ..
and can't add it as parked

i would like to delete my domain configuration and try to add it again if it's possible

Exactly what do you want. Please list:

Main domain:
Add-on domain:
Parked domain:

The system I use shows you with good-tricks.x10.mx as your main domain and the above as a subdomain.

i had as Main Domain good-tricks.info and i replaced it by mistake with that on .x10.mx

i want:
Main domain: good-tricks.info
Subdomain: stats.good-tricks.info

or..
all configurations for good-tricks.info deleted from host and I'll try to add it again on another account, cuz currently "starka" don't work :|

Will escalate this to a Support Ticket so a Staff can manually set it for you.
