Domain Help please

G'day, I'm struggling to get my head around how to set up the domain side of things.

Basically I own the following domains
http://www.unitedtoolsrockhampton.com.au/

I have gone into the domain settings and changed the servers to:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

But I'm not sure exactly what to do in cpanel on here.

I my domain to replace this:
http://unitedtoolsrockhampton.x10host.com/

How do I do this please?

You would add your domain as a "parked domain". That will be an alias for your current x10host.com subdomain; you can't actually change the main domain on a Free Hosting account (well, you can ask staff to change to a different x10Hosting-provided subdomain if necessarry, but your main domain must always be an x10Hosting-provided subdomain). A parked domain points to the same place. Depending on the software (if any) you are using for your site, you may have to set your site URL to your new domain in the software configuration as well in order to avoid a re-direct to your x10host.com subdomain.
