Domain is in use by another user?

I'm sure this has been brought up before, but I wasn't sure where else to go.

I own the domain everfreeforest.com through GoDaddy. I have set the nameservers through GoDaddy. When go to cPanel and try to change the domain to everfreeforest.com, it tells me this:

Error from park wrapper: everfreeforest.com is owned by another user.
When I try to add it as a parked domain, I get this:

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: everfreeforest.com is owned by another user.
I would like to make this my main domain after the users on my site update their bookmarks, so I was going to add it on as an addon first. Does anyone know what's going on? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Looking at other threads with similar titles/problems, the questions were elevated to support ticket. I would appreciate if that were done as soon as possible. Thanks.

It is indeed used elsewhere, in a premium account that does look to be yours that has been migrated, from what I can tell it was purchased and migrated yesterday. The domain is parked in that account, and seem to work properly when I check it just now.

ALL changes to your account needs to be done using cPanel at https://s3.x10premium.com:2083

If you have any problems with the premium account, you'd get much faster response by using the premium ticket system which you can access after logging into https://clients.x10hosting.com/clientarea.php Most of the people giving support here at the forums can only access information about free hosting accounts.
