Domain is owned by another user.

Whenever i try to add my domain (altarservers.ca) i keep getting this message:

There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details

Error from park wrapper: altarservers.ca is owned by another user.



I've had x10hosting corporate account before but i got suspended because i didn't need it anymore so i stopped paying the bills. Now that i'm needing the hosting again i decided to go with the free hosting but now it won't let me add the domain because i think its already linked to me suspended corporate account.

I can prove that its my domain by changing the name server and what not.

Edit: The same goes with two of my other domains (peter.cm and gf.to). Oh and is it possible to add mx entries because for some reason i can only edit.

I am escalating your ticket to staff. They will manually add your domain to addon domain..

login to http://support.x10hosting.com with forums username and password and see your ticket status.
