Domain is still not active

[scouterrob]

I have been replying to emails in the free hosting with no responce to my issues except how to configure my DNS entries. I have added the name servers but I still not have my domain scouterrob.org available on your server.

I can not add the main domain because I get an Error Code: 1E9F63B0
I can not park the domain because it says it is already configured and there is no parked domains on the account.

When I type scouterrob.org in the web brower, I get page can not be found. I have clear the cache on several machine with the same response.
