I added the name servers and it is still saying this. :/

It takes some time for those settings to propagate through the DNS system (web-wide). It's usually pretty quick, but you won't know if something's gone wrong until it's taken more than 48 hours. Until x10Hosting's servers can see the settings, there's nothing anyone can do but wait.
