good folks in tech support, the true unsung heroes of the web, we have a Network Solutions paid domain - parentsplacelongview.org, we'll like pointed at our x10 hosted site - parentsplacelongview.x10hosting.com; that's the task... here's the issue: we've look at the forums, the cPanel Manual, Network Solutions Manual, followed all recommendations to the letter, and have nothing working the way it 'should' after waiting for settings from yesterday to proliferate today.
current state of the domain at Network Solutions: DNS settings point to --> NS1.X10HOSTING.COM & NS2.X10HOSTING.COM
current state of the x10hosting account: 'no parked domains' is what we see and when adding a parked domain (according to the instructions in the Manual this is how it 'should' work) we get this 'Error from park wrapper: parentsplacelongview.org is already configured.' what? that is a surprise because we don't see anywhere else in the hosting account or cPanel this is indicated.
help! please 'cc:' the ticket response to shawnmcr@gmail.com also as i am the person doing the work for the Parents Place organization. thank you all for the great work you do and the service you provide.

Did you enter an IP address for the x10 nameservers?

Edit to add reason for question:

From Network Solutions Whois for your domain:

Code:
Domain servers in listed order: Manage DNS

   	NS1.X10HOSTING.COM 69.93.137.173
   	NS2.X10HOSTING.COM 69.93.137.172

Those are not the IP's for those nameserves.
