Domain issues

Everytime once per day, my website isn't accessible from many computer networks, while it is on an online proxy service.

In my domain manager, it is stated that to allow a "zone transfer", this must be added on SSH (pico -w /etc/named.conf):

allow-transfer {67.15.249.49;67.15.249.149;67.15.212.212;67.15.249.249;};

I also have these IPS set. Are they OK?
ns1.x10hosting.com 74.86.117.243
ns2.x10hosting.com 70.87.51.251

Its not necessary to use ssh here, All you need to do is login to www.x10hosting.com/account and check the box under account details to use your own domain and enter it there.
