Domain Main Modification Errors

I'm attempting to change my current domain which also seems to not be working right on my website.
Currently I get "Error establishing a database connection"
http://ankokuflare.pcriot.com/ to http://www.ankokuflare.co.cc

"A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: 1E9F63B0"

It's probably caused by cPanel issues, described in the announcement at the top of the Free Hosting forum page. The admins are going to be working hard on that problem for awhile.
