Domain Modification

Hello I'm having a problem to my account. I have already my domain name e-webnetwork.com and I was wondering that I want to used this to my free hosting here via Parked Domains. Now I want to make it my primary domain so I remove my domain name to my Park Domains in my cPanel and I log on to my account in https://x10hosting.com/control/ which I can do a request to make my domain become a primary doman. Unfortunately, I didn't make it. Cause my domain name still visible to my account even though I have already remove it to my cpanel. Please help me.

Are you saying that you already removed it from your parked domains? Because it is still showing as a parked domain in our system. If you have not, please remove it from parked domains before trying to change your main domain. If you already have (aka it isn't showing in cPanel), let me know in a reply so I can bump this up to the higher-ups to sort out.
