Domain name and cPanel issue

Hello ..

I've registered my account like almost month ago .. originally I've registered with the domain name fadi.pcriot.com .. but then I received an emai informing that the account could not be registered .. at that time there was servers updating issues .. so I got back later and registered with domain fadi.elementfx.com .. now if I want to change to domain fadi.pcriot.com it is telling me that it is unavailable .. can you please check if it is unavailable because of my first registration attempt .. delete that domain so that i can change to it or just change my domain to fadi .pcriot.com .. FYI : I used the same email address when registering in both times.

Another issue that I was able to upload and ftp login to my fadi.elementfx.com account yesterday and was able to upload files .. today I have a connection error problem .. please know that my account is adfree on cossacks .. regards.

Use IceChat and connect to 64.85.163.117, works for me.

Everything is fine with cPanel and ftp connecting and uploading.

I tried even IceChat .. it is not getting connected to server cristall.x10hosting.com .. anyway I still have the issue that i like to change to domain : fadi.pcriot.com
and I'm not sure if it is not available because of my first registration attempt .. can anybody please help to delete it or change my domain to this domain?

Unlucky me .. it was available at that time .. while waiting the servers issue to be solved .. i lost it ... i'll stick to my current domain
