Domain name change

Can anyone help me with my domain name change, I notice a few people are having the same problem.
The following message is what I get, I have tried at least three times.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is caused due to server changes, hopefully it will get resolved soon as I am needing the same done to mine.
