Domain Name Modification

Hello,

I am unable to modify my domain name; I keep receiving an error message "F3F45C7A".

My domain (or sub-domain) is currently 'martingrey.elementfx.com' but I would like to change this to 'mobilereview.elementfx.com' if possible please?

Are you able to park it through cPanel?

If my understanding of parking domains is correct, this will involve obtaining a second domain alongside the original one, but I can only own one domain with my account
