domain name [need help]

I have a domain name registered with namecheap.com . The domain was already setup and functioning properly as an addon to my x10hosting account. It had been working properly for several months.

I accidentally set the domain as a redirect, and then deleted the entire addon domain. Over the past 12 hours I've been trying to restore the domain as an addon.

Every time I try to create the addon domain from the cpanel I get the following message:
"Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar."

I did flush my DNS and clear my browser cache.

So I recalled the domain to the namecheap.com servers, and then pointed it back to the ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com servers.

I'm still getting the error message.

Is the domain just propagating the servers or am I missing something?

Hello,
Are you using the x10hosting Basic theme or the full cPanel x3 theme? There has been reports of adding addon domains not working properly in the x10hosting Basic theme, we thought we had gotten it sorted though.
If you still have an issue, could you try switching to full cPanel x3 theme and add it through there? And please let us know how it goes?

in cpanel is where I am getting that error message from.

wow. that was fast. so I should try to create the addon domain on the cpanel now?

i'll definitely be buying hosting from you guys when I am ready to upgrade. awesome.
