Domain name no longer pointing to DNS?

Has the DNS IP been changed on the servers as my domain name no longer points to the correct DNS IP address?
I will just point out that everything was working perfectly over 24 hours ago and I had not changed any settings.

When I load the website now all I get is:

• Internet connectivity has been lost.
• The website is temporarily unavailable.
• The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
• The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
• There might be a typing error in the address.

DNS is set as:
www A 198.91.81.2

Name servers are set as:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

I use that same DNS [A] and [NS] record for my site - which loads just now with no error

Your x10.mx site loads and then redirects to a co.uk URL which seems to be hosted here.
