domain name not propagating with x10hosting name servers

I changed my domain to kcmc68.co.cc
I pointed my domain to the following nameservers:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

but I still can not access my website.

Depending on the speed of your DNS provider (usually your isp), dns propagation can take up to 72hr. I'm using OpenDNS which is free, and it also already has the DNS propagated, so we do know it is at least set up properly. I see a basic wordpress install.
