Domain Name Problem

I got a domain name which is www.medicguide.org.I wanted it to point to myelomawatch.x10hosting.com.
I read i needed to point dns to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.
But my domain name host only allows me to enter one ip address to change dns.
I entered 70.86.117.243 which is your ns1.x10hosting.com.
My site is hosted on adfree ciroc server.
Will there be any problem to point my domain name to my x10hosting account?

There shouldn't be any problems, just go into your cPanel and add www.medicguide.org as a parked domain and it should work, according to what you have already done.
